MiXFiT provides many unique and in demand group fitness classes on a weekly schedule, such as Kangoo Jumps, Zumba, TRX, Tai Chi and more....
MiXFiT's instructors all have a love and passion for fitness and extensive knowledge and certifications in the fitness industry with many years experience.
