all have a love and passion for fitness and extensive knowledge and
certifications in the fitness industry with many years experience. Their
goal is to provide their members with unique and fun group fitness
classes, while striving to achieve everyone's personal goals, whether it
be weight loss, toning, increasing energy or flexibility ultimately
working towards leading healthier, happier lives.
